"Reed has been our Insurance agent for almost 30 years. We trust him with all of our insurance needs. Our Home, Boats, Vehicles, trailers and even health insurance at one point. You cannot find an agency with as much help as his with Pam and Analise. Analise has helped me out of more situations and when there is a claim, she is right on it. I cannot even think to worry about price when it comes to the piece of mind that if there is a claim, I am not alone. Reed Allen's State Farm Agency will always handle our business! Try them out."

"I have been a customer of Reed Allen State Farm for many, many years for 2 separate homes and several different autos. I would recommend Reed Allen to others. Here is why: 1. I have had a few claims and I know I can stop in and they will help me with friendliness and knowledge. State Farm itself is a huge company and everything is automated and sometimes confusing, but I know I can always call or print out whatever it is that is confusing and they will get answers for me. 2. I know I can get cheaper coverage elsewhere; however, the staff at Reed Allen is knowledgeable and willing to explain the importance of riders on my homeowners policy that saved me from a disastrous outcome when I experienced a storm water backup 2 years ago. Many of my friends who also had the same situation (from the "500 year storm") did not have the rider and had to clean up the damage at their own expense. 3. I like the location of Reed Allen--it's not in a Taj Mahal building, yet the employees seem happy and friendly and treat me like a person, not a policy number. So that makes me think that this State Farm office is there to serve customers in a fair and non-greedy way. 4. I receive mail solicitations from other companies for home insurance or auto insurance or bundles at a much cheaper cost. I throw them away. I look at it like this: wine is wine, but there is a difference between a $5 or $50 or $500 bottle of wine. Same with insurance. At the end of the day, I would rather get the $50 bottle and avoid the headache that the $5 bottle is likely to cause. In conclusion, I would recommend Reed Allen State Farm in Avon to anyone who wants to protect their property with a fair and friendly local, long-time agency."

"Twice this year charge $25 for a considered late payment you could have removed that charge I'm on a fixed income I'm a single dad 57 living on 943 a month yes I'm putting my business out there facts are you could have reversed them charges I don't want to discuss this because I'm disgusted with it insurance companies make all kinds of money I've never had a claim never collected on a claim you guys could have give me a break and you didn't"

"They got good prices under insurance but there's an employee there who thinks I'm her son or something LOL she's rude I had to change my credit card twice for fraudulent activity and they charged me a $25 charge each time because it was considered a late payment I'm done with it I'm over it I'm moving on what looking for new insurance nobody else does that to me they're not about relations they're just about the money"
